Construction Started On Lancaster's Rural King
Construction has officially begun on the long-anticipated Rural King store in Lancaster.
Rural King, a family-owned business headquartered in Mattoon, Illinois, finalized the purchase of the property at 1730 River Valley Circle North in mid-August 2025. The acquisition includes the former Elder-Beerman anchor store as well as a portion of the River Valley Mall parking lot.
