Dutch Bros Coffee

Coffee lovers, get ready — Lancaster is about to get a whole lot more caffeinated! The popular drive-thru coffee chain Dutch Bros Coffee is planning to open a brand-new location right here in Lancaster, Ohio.

This upcoming shop would mark the fourth Dutch Bros location in Ohio, joining the existing ones in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Milford. The proposed spot is set for the former Memorial Car Wash site at 802 North Memorial Drive, right across from The Pit Stop Liquor Store — a perfect location for a quick pick-me-up on the go.

802 North Memorial Drive Proposed Location of Dutch Bros Coffee

Founded in 1992 and now headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, Dutch Bros Coffee started as a small pushcart run by two brothers in Oregon. Over the years, it’s grown into a nationwide sensation known for its upbeat service, energetic drive-thru lanes, and creative drink combinations.

Dutch Bros roasts its own coffee using beans sourced from El Salvador, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring every cup is fresh, flavorful, and full of personality. The company also prides itself on being community-oriented, giving back through fundraisers, grants, and donations that support local causes.

Dutch Bros Coffee Drinks

The menu at Dutch Bros Coffee is packed with handcrafted drinks that cater to just about every craving. From classic coffees and protein-packed brews to blended freezes and their famous Rebel energy drinks, there’s something for everyone. You’ll also find refreshing lemonades, iced teas, chai lattes, matcha, smoothies, shakes, hot cocoa, and even sparkling sodas. With so many creative and seasonal options, every visit offers a new flavor adventure waiting to be discovered.

Dutch Bros Coffee will soon join an already buzzing coffee scene on North Memorial Drive. While the project is still in its early stages, no official construction or opening date has been announced yet.

Given the proposed drive-thru design, it’s possible we could see Lancaster’s first Dutch Bros open as early as late spring 2026 — but for now, coffee fans will have to stay tuned for updates.

One thing’s for sure: Lancaster is about to get a bold new brew, and we can’t wait to roll through for our first cup!
