Welcome To Discover Glass Town

With a lack of storytelling about Lancaster and Fairfield County, I decided to take a step out of my comfort zone and start Discover Glass Town. My name is Chris Hughes and I've been a life long resident of Lancaster and Fairfield County outside of a few quick residencies out of town and state. I have had the pleasure of being on a continued learning journey about the offerings of our area, cannot wait to learn even more and share with all of you readers, so thank you for stopping by to check my little blog out!

I have always enjoyed storytelling and sharing knowledge about the things I love. The one thing that I have learned about Lancaster and Fairfield County is that there are numerous shops, restaurants, events and more that those living in the area do not know anything about.

What I hope to leave you, the reader, with is the knowledge of, the experience of and the excitement for various businesses, events and happenings in our hometown areas. My hope is that Discover Glass Town becomes your go to resource for things to do and that those outside of the area see this blog and decide to visit us too!
